In writing and at management level determined contingency plan for “high temperatures”, which includes routines for alerting accommodation when forecasting high temperatures for HVB for adults. Management level refers to the level within the organisation that has the mandate to decide on common procedures. ‘Contingency plan’ means: coherent planning for how the social services should act at high temperatures, routines for receiving alarms about high temperatures from SMHI, routines for alerting accommodation when forecasting high temperatures, checklists for affected staff in housing. High temperatures (see MSB, Public Health Agency (PDF), Climate Collaboration) means if SMHI’s forecast shows maximum temperatures of at least 26° three consecutive days.
