Computer-assisted certificate and reproducibility package for C(17,11,4)=15

Computational evidence and reproducibility materials accompanying the English and Japanese V19H preprint The Covering Number C(17, 11, 4): Structural Reductions and Exact Integer Certificates by Yushi Miyashiro (paper DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23695204). Original finite proof inputs, exact integer certificates, original 17-point witnesses, scoped audits, SHA-256 manifests, and V19G/V19H manuscript source kits are preserved. The supplement distinguishes archived results, scoped audits and unverified historical execution narratives. Author-controlled software is MIT; author-controlled copyrightable documentation/data are CC BY 4.0, subject to file-level inventories and third-party exclusions. Mathematical facts and external dependencies are not blanket relicensed. Unconditional Lean verification and specialist peer review remain incomplete.
