HPLC-ESI-MS characterization of phytochemicals in Serghina extract

HPLC analysis of serghina extract was performed on Thermo Fisher Scientific Dionex Ultimate 3000 HPLC System, equipped with the Ultimate 3000 RS Variable Wavelength UV DAD. DAD was performed in-line in UV–VIS spectra in the range of 200 to 800 nm. An Acclaim Polar Advantage column (5µm - C18 - 250 mm x 4.6 mm) was used at 30°C. Data acquisition was performed by Thermo Fisher Scientific Xcalibur software (version 3.1).
本研究采用赛默飞世尔科技(Thermo Fisher Scientific)戴安(Dionex)Ultimate 3000高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC)系统对serghina提取物进行分析检测,该系统搭载Ultimate 3000 RS可变波长紫外二极管阵列检测器(Diode Array Detector, DAD)。该二极管阵列检测器采用在线紫外-可见光光谱检测模式,检测波长范围为200 nm至800 nm。色谱分离使用Acclaim极性优势色谱柱,其规格为5 μm粒径、C18键合相、250 mm×4.6 mm,柱温设置为30℃。数据采集工作由赛默飞世尔科技Xcalibur软件(版本3.1)完成。
