The hard openPar2-10 keVclosePar comma high-latitude XMM-Newton AGN slew survey I

XMMNewton slew data allow us to establish the deepest, complete, hard (210keV)Xray selected, flux limited sample of Xray sources which is dominated by AGNfor high latitudes. The proposed followup observations of slew sources offer anunique opportunity to establish an overview of the spectral distribution of acomplete hard Xray selected sample of (nearby) AGNs and especially will allowto search for rare object classes and to determine the fraction of intrinsicallyabsorbed sources.
