RLPI de Rennes Métropole – A2 – Remarkable Heritage Sites and Registered Sites

This layer represents the remarkable heritage sites and registered sites of the Local Regulation of Intercommunal Advertising (RLPI). In areas of specific heritage interest, the Local Regulation of Publicity Intercommunal (RLPI) contains local provisions that replace the provisions applicable in the areas in which these areas of heritage interest are located. These sectors correspond to all the places of legal prohibition of advertising in agglomeration referred to in paragraph I of Article L. 581-8 of the Environmental Code (these places are mapped for information purposes in the annex to the intercommunal RLP). These sectors are defined and specified in the literal regulation and graphic parts of the RLPI from which the following information is extracted. This Regulation shall apply to the entire metropolitan territory, including non-agglomeration areas, with regard to local restrictions on signs. These sectors have two sub-sectors where different derogations from the legal prohibitions on advertising apply: \- (1) Remarkable Heritage Sites and Registered Sites; \- (2) the other places of legal prohibition of advertising in agglomeration referred to in paragraph I of Article L. 581-8 of the Environmental Code.
