We ask for up to 3 INTEGRAL TOO observations of one blazar in outburst for a total of 600~ks conditional to stringent triggering criteria based on X-ray or gamma-ray brightening as detected by the current high energy missions including INTEGRAL itself Swift/BAT and Fermi GST or by Cherenkov telescopes. Coordinated INTEGRAL and multiwavelength observations will guarantee the coverage of a broad energy range and allow us to follow the evolution of the overall spectral energy distribution (SED) during one or more flaring episodes. We will thus map accurately the high energy spectrum and constrain the time-dependent parameters of the emission models. [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
