Purpose: DDX27 regulates skeletal muscle developmental by regulating ribosomal biogenesis. Therefore, to identify translational changes in DDx27 deficiency, polysomal profiling was performed. Overall design: Polysomal profiling was performed in control and Ddx27 knockout myoblasts in triplicates and RNA was isolated. Total RNA from cells was also also isolated and used to compare enrichment in polysomes.
