To profile the landscape of circRNAs during megakaryocyte differentiation, we conducted circRNA expression profiling analysis on day 6 and day 13. Overall design: By day 6 and 13, CD34+ cells differentiated into mature MKs to extract total RNA. RiboMinus/RNaseR-treated RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed. Totaol RNA from MK cultures at days 6 and 13, RiboMinus/RNaseR-treated RNA -seq were performed.
