Data for "Tissue volume estimation and age prediction using rapid structural brain scans"

This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Tissue volume estimation and age prediction using rapid structural brain scans" by Harriet Hobday, James H. Cole, Ryan A. Stanyard, Richard E. Daws, Vincent Giampietro, Owen O'Daly, Robert Leech and František Váša (bioRxiv 2022). This dataset contains two folders:brainager_demog contains demographic data and subject lists brainager_processed contains processed data for each participant The names of folders within brainager_processed correspond to participant IDs.
