To determine the effects of chemotherapy on cell state dyanmics, VAKPS tumroids were treated with FOLFIRI or DMSO for 72hrs before analyzing their transcriptome. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from mRNA-seq of the indicated tumoroid lines. Overall design: VAKSP tumoroids were terated with DMSO or FOLFIRI for 72hrs before collecting for RNA extraction.
