Evaluation of the 2006 waste prevention strategy
收藏资源简介:
As a focus of the 2006 Federal Waste Management Plan, a waste prevention and recycling strategy with seven sets of measures was developed: — Prevention and recovery of construction residues — Construction waste mass recycling — Input and/or output optimisation for waste incineration and the use of waste as substitute raw materials or substitute fuels — Product-related material flow analysis — Nickel-cadmium accumulators — Reusable packaging — Service instead of product The Federal Environment Agency examines the state of implementation of these measures and makes recommendations for the continuation of existing or new measures. Implementation is broadly in line with expectations. The experience gained will feed into the 2011 waste prevention programme.
