Transcriptional profiling of HTR8/SVneo cells with activin A or BMP treatment

The biological activities of HTR8/SVneo immortalized human extravillous trophoblasts are regulated by a variety of factors such as activin A and bone morphogenic protein-2 (BMP-2). Based on the Illumina sequencing platform, we studied the transcription profile of HTR8 / SVneo cells with or without 6 and 24 hours of activin A or BMP treatment. Moreover, differentially expressed mRNAs of each group are analyzed to investigate the impact of activin A and BMP-2 to the transcriptional profile of HTR8/SVneo cells.
