The primitive budgets of the European Metropolis of Lille since 2015

The primary budget (BP) is the act of the budget cycle that authorizes the authorising officer of the community to carry out revenue and expenditure operations for the period from 1 January to 31 December of the calendar year. The community has a main budget and 6 supplementary budgets, each subject to a vote. ## Collection method These data are updated annually after deliberation and vote in Metropolitan Council. The initial budget sets out the estimates of revenue and expenditure in two sections: operation and investment. Revenue and expenditure are grouped by chapter and by nature according to the nomenclature of the general chart of accounts.
