Database: Aflatoxins in arepa, bread, and rice in Colombia

Databases of the sampling of arepa, rice and bread bought in stores and markets for the determination of afaltoxins by HPLC-FD. Calibration curves with the aflatoxin standard in different concentrations compared to the areas obtained by chromatography. Occurrence of aflatoxins in the samples analyzed and surveys of consumption of arepa, rice and bread among the adult population of the department of Caldas.本数据集收录了从商店与市场采购的阿雷帕饼（arepa）、大米及面包的抽样样本库，用于通过高效液相色谱-荧光检测器（HPLC-FD）测定黄曲霉毒素（aflatoxins）。采用不同浓度的黄曲霉毒素标准品绘制校准曲线，并与色谱分析所得的峰面积进行比对。分析所采样本中的黄曲霉毒素污染发生情况，同时针对卡尔达斯省成年人群开展阿雷帕饼、大米及面包的消费状况调研。
