Register of gift lists of officials and records of gift lists to state and local authorities and holders of public authority

Register — List of gifts from officials and register of gifts to state and local authorities and holders of public authority refers to officials referred to in Article 4 of the ZIntPK and donors in respect of gifts of more than EUR 25. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: the name of the authority that received the gift; the personal name of the recipient and his/her function; type of Gift; the personal name of the recipient of the gift and his function or position; the name and address of the donor or, in the case of a legal person, his name and seat; the type and value of the gift.
