Nursery and perennials, by type of grower and region, 2000-2009

This table contains data on the cultivation of tree nurseries and solid crops plants in the open ground and under glass. For all the different crops and the different cultivation methods are both the growing area and the the corresponding number of companies presented. All data is broken down by type of grower and region. The data for this table come from the agricultural census. The agriculture is part of the combined task, which is given by the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality is used for among other things, the implementation of the agricultural policy and the enforcement of the Fertiliser Act. Data available from: 2000-2009. Until 2009 the economic size of agricultural holdings expressed in NGE (Dutch Size Unit); from 2010 onwards, replace this with SO (Standard Yield). As a result, this table stopped. Status of the figures: the figures are final. Changes as of 25 March 2010: the 2009 figures are final. When will there be new figures?
