The municipality/social administration offers supported employment according to the IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model to people with addiction or addiction to alcohol and drugs. The model can be offered at the specified measurement date. Work-oriented rehabilitation under supported employment aims to provide the individual with support in finding and maintaining gainful employment in the regular labour market, based on the individual’s own choices and preferences.
