Asphodelaceae Phylogenetics - Alooideae target capture tool. Aloe

A dataset of raw sequencing reads for (nearly) all genera of the Asphodelaceae plant family, generated through target capture sequencing using the Alooideae target capture tool (Woudstra et al. 2021, Scientific Reports). This dataset is used for phylogenomic inference of intergeneric relationships within the Asphodelaceae family and its subfamilies Asphodeloideae (including Alooideae), Hemerocallidoideae and Xanthorrhoeoideae.
