Permitted maximum speeds Hamburg

The dataset contains the maximum permitted speeds for the Hamburg road network as well as additional information on Tempo 20 and Tempo 30 zones, traffic-calmed areas and special regulations, such as time restrictions (Tempo 30 at night for noise protection reasons, Tempo 30 during the day in front of sensitive facilities) or restrictions for certain vehicles. This additional information is included in supplementary layers on the one hand and in the attributes of the Allowable Maximum Speeds layer on the other. In addition, the attributes contain further basic information on the individual road sections. For the visualization in the portals / in the WMS, several speeds were sometimes merged into one class in order to improve clarity and recognizability. This applies in particular to low speeds below 30km/h and high speeds above 80km/h (on motorways). The visualization has been selected so that all layers can be used together. For routes with special timing arrangements, the maximum speed allowed in the layer is the speed that may be driven at rush hour. The deviating speed is noted in the attributes. The source of the data is the Hamburger Straßeninformationsbank (HH-SIB). There is no guarantee for the correctness of all information.
