Transcriptomic analysis of RAW264.7 cells treated with RANKL and RANKL plus SZQ-4

This project investigates transcriptomic changes in mouse RAW264.7 macrophage cells under RANKL stimulation and SZQ-4 treatment. RAW264.7 cells were divided into three groups: control (C), RANKL-treated, and RANKL plus SZQ-4-treated groups. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing to characterize global gene expression profiles. The generated dataset provides a resource for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation and the regulatory effects of SZQ-4.
