This entity describes an interest in land that can be bought and sold and can be used to calculate taxes levied by a Local Authority. It generally equates to a Unit of Ownership as defined on a Certificate of Title or similar instrument. It does not include citywide network style rating units. It is comprised from either a strata or a collection of 1 or more land parcels. This does not need a Status as it only holds current records, never proposed etc. When deleted, gets Archived.
