Employee engagement (HME) total municipality – Total index

HME stands for Sustainable employee engagement and measures both the level of employee engagement and the ability of managers and the organisation to take advantage of and create engagement. The HME index consists of nine questions that together form a total index for Sustainable Employee Engagement and three sub-indexes; Motivation, Leadership and Governance. The questions are answered on a scale 1-5 where 1 is very bad and 5 is very correct. The results on each question are then converted into an index with a scale of 0-100. The total index is formed as an average of the nine questions. A high value indicates a high level of sustainable employee engagement. It refers to own direction. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
