Asylum applications; country of nationality, gender and age (2007-2011)

The table ‘Asylum requests’; gender, age' contains data on number of asylum applications submitted, distinguished by country of nationality, gender and age of the asylum seeker. In this in addition to first requests, the table also includes subsequent requests. This no distinction could be made before 2007. The figures refer to asylum applications made by persons of all ages. The most common countries of nationality are separate displayed. Nationality is referred to as “country of nationality”.
