WT mouse transcriptome changes with age

We collected the hypothalamus of mice of different ages to ascertain the biomarkers of aging via comparing the transcriptome changes between old and young WT (C57BL/6J) mice. Hypothalamus of three P5 old, three 3-week old, four 4-week old, four 5-week old, three 2-month old, three 6-month old, three 12-month old, three 18-month old and three 24-month old mice.本数据集通过比较老年与年轻野生型（Wild Type, WT）C57BL/6J小鼠的转录组变化，以确定衰老相关生物标志物，收集了不同年龄小鼠的下丘脑组织样本。具体样本分组及数量为：5日龄小鼠3只、3周龄小鼠3只、4周龄小鼠4只、5周龄小鼠4只、2月龄小鼠3只、6月龄小鼠3只、12月龄小鼠3只、18月龄小鼠3只及24月龄小鼠3只。
