通过对多规格型号的缠绕垫圈不同部位化学成份和主要尺寸数据的检测和分析，为国内外大中型石化企业在采购寻源和质量评价控制过程中提供真实评价依据。1.数据来源
某国际采购商三年内在中国采购的石油化工专用多规格缠绕垫圈的化学成份质量数据，总计2800多个批次；
2.数据处理
通过分析该产品的检测方法标准GB/T 20123-2006和ASME B16.20-2017和产品标准ASME B16.20-2017，采用专用检测仪器检测产生实测值，判断该实测值是否超出限值，去除超出限值的数据，取有效测量值的平均值与实测值的差值，再除以平均值，计算出产品的关键质控数据的波动度，为生产企业提供工艺改进依据。
3.数据应用
该数据可以为国内外采购和石化企业提供上产制造企业产品质控能力和产品关键参数变化趋势，以此来确定采购对象，采购数量以及产品价格。

This dataset is developed through the detection and analysis of chemical compositions and key dimensional data of different parts of wound gaskets with multiple specifications and models, providing authentic evaluation basis for large and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad during their procurement sourcing and quality evaluation and control processes.

1. Data Source
This dataset contains chemical composition quality data of petrochemical-specialized wound gaskets with various specifications purchased in China over a three-year period by an international purchaser, totaling over 2,800 batches.

2. Data Processing
By referring to the testing method standards GB/T 20123-2006, ASME B16.20-2017 and product standards ASME B16.20-2017 for this product, measured values are obtained using specialized testing instruments. Subsequently, data exceeding the specified limit values are removed. The fluctuation degree of the product's key quality control data is then calculated by dividing the difference between the measured values and the average of valid measured values by the average value, thereby providing a basis for production enterprises to optimize their manufacturing processes.

3. Data Application
This dataset can provide domestic and foreign procurement and petrochemical enterprises with information on the product quality control capabilities of manufacturing enterprises and the change trends of key product parameters, so as to assist these enterprises in determining their procurement targets, order quantities and product pricing.
