SMT贴装生产效率产品质量管理数据集主要收集SMT贴片机、AOI自动光学检测设备运行过程中的基本数据信息，包括SMT贴片机、AOI自动光学检测设备运行时间、贴装（检测）时间、贴装(检测）PCB数量、芯片数量，贴片机头部、供料器、吸嘴关键部件作业基本数据，AOI自动光学检测设备各种贴装质量基本数据，该数据集旨在将SMT贴装作业、AOI检测过程中的基本数据通过一定算法，实现对数据的整合，达到生产作业管理分析的目的，指导SMT生产作业过程中生产计划、生产组织、生产及检测作业指导书的编制与完善、物料准备与质量管控、贴片机作业程序编制、贴装质量的解决与改善，确保SMT生产作业效率与贴装质量维持在均衡、良性、理想状态。

The SMT Mounting Production Efficiency and Product Quality Management Dataset primarily collects basic data generated during the operation of SMT mounting machines and AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment. The collected data includes the operating time, mounting (inspection) time, number of PCBs mounted (inspected), and number of chips of both SMT mounting machines and AOI equipment, basic operation data of key components such as the mounting machine head, feeders, and nozzles, as well as basic data on various mounting quality metrics of AOI equipment. This dataset aims to integrate the basic data from SMT mounting operations and AOI inspection processes via targeted algorithms to enable production operation management and analysis. It is designed to guide the formulation and improvement of production plans, production organization, production and inspection operation guidelines, material preparation and quality control, mounting machine operation procedures, as well as the resolution and optimization of mounting quality issues during SMT production, so as to maintain SMT production efficiency and mounting quality at a balanced, sound and ideal state.
