This dataset comprises the electroluminescence (EL) test results of multiple samples. The detailed contents are listed below: 1. EL spectra of n-ZnO/CsPbBr3/p-GaN and n-ZnO/Al2O3/CsPbBr3/p-GaN light-emitting diodes (LEDs) under various forward injection currents, sourced from the paper entitled 'Ultra-bright pure green perovskite light-emitting diodes'. 2.
