De-identified dataset and analysis code for: Cognitive function, depressive symptoms, insomnia and wellbeing among residents of a Chinese medical–nursing integrated care institution: a cross-sectional cluster analysis

De-identified dataset (n = 209 residents; 36 variables) and reproducible analysis code from a cross-sectional cluster analysis of depressive symptoms, insomnia and positive wellbeing among residents of a medical–nursing integrated care institution in Hangzhou, China. All psychosocial measures (GDS-15, AIS, MUNSH, QoL-AD, Barthel Index) and the MMSE are provided as scale totals and item subscores; direct identifiers, dates of birth and free-text fields were removed, and rows were randomly permuted before anonymous identifiers were assigned. Two residents lacked complete clustering indicators and were excluded from the cluster analysis (n = 207). The Python script reproduces the descriptive statistics, cluster indices, stability analyses, robust regression, equivalence tests and mixture-model comparison reported in the article.
