离散制造车间质量管控分系统数据集

离散制造车间质量管控分系统数据集主要面向离散制造车间产品质量管控需求的质量性能数据的认知、决策，数据集以中国电子科技集团公司第38研究所提供的真实生产过程中产生的产品性能数据为依据产生，包括①产品质量要求数据由车间质量管理人员提供并转换成需要的格式；②产品质量性能测试数据一部分来自车间MES系统记录的数据，一部分来自工人手工记录的数据，后转换为需要的格式；③产品质量管控知识库、产品质量管控算法为车间质量管控调研后总结生成，再转换为需要的数据格式；④产品质量管控结果数据由算法计算后生成。数据集大小约为3MB。

The Discrete Manufacturing Workshop Quality Control Subsystem Dataset is primarily targeted at the cognition and decision-making of quality performance data to meet the product quality control demands of discrete manufacturing workshops. The dataset is generated based on real product performance data collected during actual production, provided by the 38th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. It includes four parts as follows:
① Product quality requirement data: provided by workshop quality management personnel and converted into the required format;
② Product quality performance test data: part of the data is recorded by the workshop MES (Manufacturing Execution System), while the rest comes from manually recorded data by workers, which is then converted into the required format;
③ Product quality control knowledge base and product quality control algorithms: summarized and generated through research on workshop quality control practices, and then converted into the required data format;
④ Product quality control result data: generated via algorithmic calculations.
The total size of the dataset is approximately 3 MB.
