Experience of Care and Patient-Physician Value Fit in Hispanic, African-American, and Caucasian Populations

The project has the following specific goals and objectives: 1. To obtain and describe the responses of Hispanic, African-American, and Caucasian patients with a common pool of health care providers to the CAHPS Clinician & Group Adult Primary Care Survey (CAG). 2. To obtain and describe the responses of Hispanic, African-American, and Caucasian patients with a common pool of health care providers to the Clinical Value Congruence scale, which measures the degree of fit between a patient and his/her provider on six dimensions of care values which are likely to vary both by culture and across individuals within the same culture and are unlikely to be associated with CAG composite scores.本项目确立了如下具体目标与任务：1. 获取同一组医疗服务提供者群体中，拉美裔、非裔美国人及白人患者针对CAHPS临床医生与团队成人初级保健调查（CAHPS Clinician & Group Adult Primary Care Survey，CAG）的应答数据并进行描述。2. 获取同一组医疗服务提供者群体中，拉美裔、非裔美国人及白人患者针对临床价值契合度量表（Clinical Value Congruence scale）的应答数据并进行描述；该量表用于评估患者与其医疗服务提供者在六项照护价值维度上的契合程度，此类照护价值既会因文化差异产生变化，也会在同一文化背景下的个体间存在差异，且与CAG综合得分不存在关联。
