Woodlands

The data presented here were generated from the TLNAP's Natural Heritage Report, which is no longer available online. The assessment of woodland significance was based on the 'Significant Woodland' criteria outlined in the Natural Heritage Resource Manual (NHRM) for the Natural Heritage Policies of the Provincial Policy Statement (PPS), 2005, Second Edition (MNRF 2010). Although this manual was prepared to support the 2005 PPS, it remains the key reference document for identifying significant features and guiding the identification of Natural Heritage Systems throughout the Province.本次所呈现的数据源自TLNAP的《自然遗产报告》，该报告目前已无法在线获取。林地重要性评估所采用的“重要林地”标准，源自为适配2005年第二版《省级政策声明（Provincial Policy Statement, PPS）》中的自然遗产政策而编制的《自然遗产资源手册（Natural Heritage Resource Manual, NHRM）》，该手册由MNRF于2010年发布。尽管该手册最初是为支撑2005年版《省级政策声明》而制定，但迄今仍是全省范围内识别重要自然特征、指导自然遗产系统认定工作的核心参考文件。
