临海市特色农产品“大石葡萄”为国家地理标志证明商标,为更好保证消费者的安全,我单位对其开展抽样检测。检测数据对比NY/T 761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》 第2部分方法二中标定的数据要求,可得出该样品是否合格。该项数据关乎消费者食品安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。1.算法规则:对抽检样品的各项数据按照如下公式进行计算:X=C×(V1×V3×1000)/(V2×m×1000),式中:X为试样中测试项目的含量,单位为mg/kg;V1为提取溶剂总体积,单位为mL;V2为吸取出用于检测的提取溶液的体积,单位为mL;V3为样品溶液定容体积,单位为mL;m为取样量,单位为g;1000为换算系数。可得检查项目的含量数据。 2.数据分析:将以上检测数据对比NY/T 761-2008《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》 第2部分方法二中标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
The characteristic agricultural product 'Dashi Grape' from Linhai City is a national geographical indication certification trademark. To better ensure consumer safety, our institution has conducted sampling inspections on it. By comparing the test data with the calibrated data requirements specified in NY/T 761-2008 *Determination of Multiresidues of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits* Part 2, Method 2, we can determine whether the sample is qualified. This data is closely related to consumer food safety and is of undeniable importance. 1. Algorithm Rules: Calculate the data of the sampled products according to the following formula: X = C × (V1 × V3 × 1000) / (V2 × m × 1000), where: X is the content of the test item in the sample, unit: mg/kg; V1 is the total volume of extraction solvent, unit: mL; V2 is the volume of the extraction solution aspirated for testing, unit: mL; V3 is the constant volume of the sample solution, unit: mL; m is the sampling mass, unit: g; 1000 is the conversion factor. The content data of the inspection item can thus be obtained. 2. Data Analysis: Compare the above test data with the calibrated data requirements specified in NY/T 761-2008 *Determination of Multiresidues of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits* Part 2, Method 2. Samples with results within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
