本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品通过对用药情况、疗效情况进行分析，对药品研制企业提供药品效果分析，为临床实验入排标准筛查提供数据支撑。

The data source of this medical data product is the hospital information system data from Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and below-level medical institutions. The collected data covers multiple categories such as the front page of medical records, electronic medical records, examination and test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. After undergoing data governance and processing, a high-quality medical data product is finally formed. This product conducts analysis on medication status and therapeutic effects, provides drug efficacy analysis services for pharmaceutical research and development enterprises, and offers data support for the screening of inclusion and exclusion criteria in clinical trials.
