以典型煤基固废--粉煤灰为原料,通过对原料配比、发泡剂种类及掺量、稳泡剂种类及掺量、养护制度等因素对渗滤材料泡孔结构特征、表观密度和抗压强度的影响研究,优化泡孔结构-水传导性-净水效率之间的相互关系,制得地聚物基多孔渗滤净水材料;并分析了材料对水中氨氮和典型重金属离子(Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+)的吸附效果,通过影响因素研究、等温吸附模型和热力学、动力学分析,确定了最佳的吸附条件,实现对水体的快速渗透和净化。
Using typical coal-based solid waste—fly ash as raw material, this study investigates the effects of factors including raw material ratio, type and dosage of foaming agent, type and dosage of foam stabilizer, and curing system on the pore structure characteristics, apparent density and compressive strength of porous filtration materials. It optimizes the interrelationship among pore structure, water conductivity and water purification efficiency, and prepares geopolymer-based porous filtration water purification materials. Additionally, the adsorption performance of the prepared materials towards ammonia nitrogen and typical heavy metal ions (Cu²+, Pb²+, Cd²+) in water is analyzed. Through the study of influencing factors, isothermal adsorption models, thermodynamic and kinetic analyses, the optimal adsorption conditions are determined, thereby realizing rapid permeation and purification of water bodies.
