Impact of Ground-Level Radiation on Autonomous Vehicles: Assessment and Considerations

This dataset primarily focuses on calculating single-event rates for a selection of representative devices under major terrestrial neutron spectra. It includes the assessment of single-event rates in typical cities and an analysis of the GLE69 event along with ground-based neutron flux measurements. Additionally, historical global vehicle ownership data and future projections, including anticipated trends in intelligent vehicle development, have been compiled. These data collectively support studies on the impact of terrestrial neutron-induced single-event effects on the risk assessment of future intelligent driving vehicles.
