The municipality’s purchase of interventions for persons with disabilities from private providers, as a share of the cost of own commitment for interventions to persons with disabilities within SoL, LSS and SFB (excl. compensation from Försäkringskassan). Purchase of business is payment for a public task (core business) that has been handed over to someone else to perform. The cost of own commitment is gross cost less internal revenue and sales to other municipalities and regions.
