Significant differences were found between first and last game scores in both Brain Age and Tetris (paired t-test, p<0.05). Effect size estimates were calculated using Cohen's d. d = 0.20 is regarded as a small effect, d = 0.50 as medium effect, and d = 0.80 as large effect. In the Brain Age group, the maximum number of training days on each training game was different because the training games were added to the training list through training.
