Dataset for: Droplet breakup in subsurface oil releases - Part 1: Experimental study of droplet breakup and effectiveness of dispersant injection

Flow rate experiments were conducted when a dispersant (Corexit C9500) was injected into an oil plume. This datset reports the nozzle diameter, oil flow rate, air flow rate, dispersant to oil ratio, exit velocity, interfacial tension, and peak droplet diameter for each experiment.
