Integration of transcriptomics and metabolomics reveals the responses of maternal-fetal interface during LPS-Induced Preterm Birth in Mice

We systematically sequenced the transcriptome of the maternal fetal interface, including peripheral blood, in the commonly used LPS-induced mouse preterm labor model, in order to systematically study the changes in the transcriptional level of the maternal-fetal interface in the LPS induced mouse preterm labor model, and provide some inspiration for searching for potential pathological mechanisms related to preterm labor.
