The results of exosome miRNA sequencing between ethanol exposure and control groups in cardiomyocytes cell

We extracted exosomes from both normal H9c2 cardiomyocytes and those stimulated with ethanol and analyzed differential miRNAs through high-throughput sequencing. The results of exosome miRNA sequencing revealed 123 differentially expressed miRNAs (12 upregulated miRNAs and 111 downregulated miRNAs) between the ethanol and control groups.本研究从正常H9c2心肌细胞与乙醇刺激后的H9c2心肌细胞中提取外泌体（exosomes），并通过高通量测序对其中的差异表达miRNA进行分析。外泌体miRNA测序结果表明，乙醇刺激组与对照组间共筛选得到123个差异表达miRNA，其中12个表达上调，111个表达下调。
