To ensure the food safety of seafood, strict detection of mercury content is mandatory. The dataset primarily covers mercury concentrations in seafood and relevant detection data for safety evaluation. Based on the detection data, we can determine whether the mercury level in seafood complies with safety standards, thus preventing seafood safety issues caused by excessive mercury or non-compliance. Real-time updates of the dataset enable real-time monitoring of the entire production process of seafood to guarantee its safety. Data processing: Collect and aggregate the names and mercury contents of various collected seafood samples, compare the mercury content of the seafood with the standard reference value for seafood mercury content to judge whether the specific seafood variety is qualified. The over-standard ratio of seafood mercury content is calculated as: (Mercury content of seafood - Standard reference value of seafood mercury content) / Standard reference value of seafood mercury content
