A wind farm is composed of one or more wind turbines producing electricity. A park requires one or more building permits and is subject to an administrative procedure, conducted in DDT. A park can only have one operator. The definition of wind farm has no administrative or regulatory basis. It is a purely abstract class corresponding to an aggregate of wind turbines. The polygonal geometry of a wind farm is only a proposed artifice for mapping wind turbines on a small scale. A wind farm is therefore represented by arbitrary boundaries and does not correspond to any administrative or physical hold on the ground.
