INT1 easement plates related to the cemetery neighbourhood in Charente

Surface objects of INT1 servitude plates linked to the vicinity of cemeteries and extending within a radius of 100 meters around the new cemeteries in Charente. Within this radius, an authorisation is required to raise a dwelling, dig a well, restore an existing building or increase it. The wells can, after a contradictory visit of experts, be filled by order of the prefect at the request of the mayor. Where the project concerns a construction less than 100 metres from a transferred cemetery, the building permit, the planning permit or the decision on the advance declaration shall be authorised once the decision has been agreed by the mayor, if the mayor is not the competent authority to issue the permit.
