为保证白酒的食用安全性，需要对白酒生产流通环节甲醇含量进行把控。GB2757-2012《食品安全国家标准 蒸馏酒及其配制酒》中规定，白酒中甲醇的最高限量值为0.6g/L。本数据主要用于监测兰溪县流通领域白酒甲醇含量指标的情况，通过检测数据，可以判断白酒中甲醇含量是否符合食品安全生产标准，避免因白酒甲醇含量超标导致的食品安全问题，为监管部门提供监管依据，进一步保障消费者的食品安全。对我市抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算： 试样中甲醇含量(测定结果需要按 100% 酒精度折算时)X =ρ/C ×1000式中:X为试样中甲醇的含量,单位为克每升(g/L );ρ为从标准曲线得到的试样溶液中甲醇的浓度,单位为毫克每升(mg/ L )；C为试样的酒精度;1000 为换算系数。To ensure the edible safety of Chinese Baijiu, it is necessary to control the methanol content during the production and circulation stages of Baijiu. GB 2757-2012 National Food Safety Standard: Distilled Spirits and Their Blended Alcoholic Beverages stipulates that the maximum allowable limit of methanol in Baijiu is 0.6 g/L. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the methanol content indicators of Baijiu in the circulation sector of Lanxi County. Based on the test data, it can be verified whether the methanol content in Baijiu complies with food safety production standards, thereby preventing food safety issues caused by excessive methanol content in Baijiu, providing regulatory basis for relevant supervision departments, and further safeguarding the food safety of consumers. The test values of the sampled products in this city are calculated using the following formula: Methanol content in the sample (when the measurement result needs to be converted to 100% alcohol content) X = ρ/C × 1000 Where: X represents the methanol content in the sample, with the unit of grams per liter (g/L); ρ refers to the methanol concentration in the sample solution obtained from the standard curve, with the unit of milligrams per liter (mg/L); C denotes the alcohol content of the sample; 1000 is the conversion coefficient.
