Investigating the transcriptomics of MCL-1 knockout Nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines using next generation microarray technology

To investigate the changes of gene expression in the NPC MCL-1 knockout cell lines when compared to wildtype, in order to find out the precise target for the co-inhibition with MCL-1 in NPC treatment. The MCL-1 knockout cell lines, HK-1 MCL-1 knockout cell line and C666-1 MCL-1 knockout cell line, were established from their respective wildtype cell lines, HK-1 cell line and C666-1 cell line, by using the CRISPR-Cas9 technology. Total RNA were extracted from these cell lines: HK-1 MCL-1 knockout cell line, C666-1 MCL-1 knockout cell line, HK-1 cell line and C666-1 cell line for the microarray.
