Untreated cells were used for analysis of the basal gene expression levels in HCT116 parental and isogenic p53KO cell lines grown to confluency to elucidate the genes/pathways that are differentially regulated and dependent on the p53 pathway. Two hundred and fifty nanograms from RNA samples were label using Illumina TotalPrep RNA Amplification kit Lot # 1105025 (Ambion) as per amplification protocol. 750ng of cRNA generated from amplification and labeling were hybridized into 2 Human HT-12 v4.0 BeadChips
