Notes: The three modes of inheritance are considered under each population structure. Sib pair data were obtained by deleting parental information from simulations. The causal site was assumed to render an OR value 1.5 for homozygous mutation genotypes, heterozygous genotypes and homozygous or heterozygous mutation genotypes under recessive, additive and dominant modes of inheritance, respectively.
