Clusters of companies

Formed and managed mainly by SMEs/SMEs, the clusters of enterprises have a strong territorial roots and involve, depending on the context, large companies and actors in training, research and innovation. They provide concrete services to businesses, in particular to help them establish their strategy in their markets and improve their competitiveness. They promote cooperation with other public and private actors, including training, employment and skills management and innovation.主要由中小企业（Small and Medium-sized Enterprises，SMEs）组建并运营的企业集群，具备极强的地域根植性；根据具体场景差异，集群还可吸纳大型企业以及培训、研究与创新领域的参与主体加入。此类集群可为各类企业提供务实服务，尤其助力企业制定市场战略、提升市场竞争力；同时推动企业与各类公共、私营主体开展合作，合作范畴涵盖培训、就业与技能管理以及创新领域。
