三极地区编目数据库

该数据库编目目前已经收集整理了17个国家的131个三极数据库；国际极地相关组织数据库最多，有41个，数据库主题多以Comprehensive（综合性）数据为主。各个数据库遵循数据政策不同，数据的共享和数据管理都有各自的规范和标准。 收集国际上的主流的三极数据库，整理其数据政策、共享原则、数据管理等相关数据知识，获取包括元数据、实体数据、协议，共享数据及其数据规划等内容，构建全球主要三极数据库的编目信息，实现数据来源、种类、共享机制、方式等数据政策全方位信息，为国际数据互操作提供基础。研究南北极相关国际计划和数据的参与和合作机制、共享方式和原则和数据服务标准，预期将与相关的国际研究单位和机构建立协同共享，并形成完善的三极数据国际共享标准与规范。This database catalog has currently collected and compiled 131 Three-Polar Regions databases from 17 countries. Databases affiliated with international polar-related organizations make up the largest portion, totaling 41 entries, and most of these databases center on comprehensive datasets. This cataloging initiative collects mainstream international Three-Polar Regions databases, organizes relevant data knowledge including their data policies, sharing principles and data management practices, and acquires contents such as metadata, entity data, protocols, shared data and their data planning. It aims to establish a catalog of major global Three-Polar Regions databases, fully document comprehensive data policy information covering data sources, data types, sharing mechanisms and approaches, and provide a foundational resource for international data interoperability. It will also investigate the participation and cooperation mechanisms, sharing modes and principles, and data service standards of international programs and data related to the Arctic and Antarctic. It is anticipated that collaborative sharing will be established with relevant international research organizations and institutions, and complete international sharing standards and specifications for Three-Polar Regions data will be formulated.
