We investigated the effects of feces from East Friensian sheep with intestinal inflammation on colitis in mice. Using fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) modeling, 250 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg EUPs were administered on the third day of FMT for 7 consecutive days. Body weight, colon length, spleen weight, histological score, intestinal inflammatory factor levels, and IL-17 and IL-6/P-STAT3 signaling pathway activity were measured.
